Payment Terms

Subscription Fees

Access to certain courses and features of the Services may require the payment of subscription fees. The subscription fees and payment terms will be disclosed to you at the time you subscribe. SkillBloom Academy reserves the right to change the subscription fees and payment terms at any time, with notice to you.

Payment Methods

You agree to provide SkillBloom Academy with a valid payment method to pay for all subscription fees. You authorize SkillBloom Academy to charge your payment method for all subscription fees due under this Agreement. If your payment method is declined, SkillBloom Academy may suspend or terminate your access to the Services.

Refund Policy

SkillBloom Academy offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Services, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription date. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days. To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@skillbloomacademy.com.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and following the cancellation instructions. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. SkillBloom Academy does not provide refunds for partial billing cycles.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. SKILLBLOOM ACADEMY MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SKILLBLOOM ACADEMY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SKILLBLOOM ACADEMY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF SKILLBLOOM ACADEMY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SkillBloom Academy and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your access to or use of the Services, your violation of this Agreement, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

SkillBloom Academy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice. Your continued use of the website following any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
